The Scheduling Process Overview

Step 1

  • Watch the scheduling introductory video

  • Review transcript in Infinite Campus

        • Login to IC > select "More" on left side > under "Quick Links" select "Custom Reports" > Select "Student Transcript Unofficial"

  • Review SWCSD Graduation Requirements

  • Use the Transcript Audit Document to determine credits needed

Step 2

  • Watch this counselor video about 12th grade course options.

  • Review the 2022-2023 Course Description Book (page 7 lists Graduation Requirements)

      • Interested in earning an Honors' Diploma? See what you need to qualify HERE.

  • Review the 12th Grade Scheduling Registration Sheet to view course options

      • My Academic Planner (MYAP) in Infinite Campus is set up into categories just like this sheet.

      • If you plan to take CCP courses, see the flyer below for Q&A Sessions


Step 3

  • Choose your INTENTIONAL selections based on YOUR future plans.

  • Watch this FHHS Electives video to learn more about elective choices and how courses may fit into your post-secondary goals.

  • Discuss course selections with your teachers. recommendations?

Step 4

  • Enter your requests into My Academic Planner in Infinite Campus

  • Login to Infinite Campus > Select Academic Planner > Select "Academic Planner (even if you are interested in an Honors' Diploma) > Select "Next" > Input course selections under the appropriate year > SAVE! SAVE! SAVE!

  • Watch this video for help with entering your courses

  • Changes can be made until February 25th.

  • Remember you should have enough courses to fill an 8-period day. Don't forget lunch!
